Helloooo! Welcome to my blog especially for the new readers 🙂

This is a really quick and short post. I think it is my shortest post yet. At the beginning of this month i kind of resolved to reduce the length of my posts to a maximum of 500 words. Because really, we are all to busy to be reading long write ups.

I know some of you just scroll really quickly …lol..its fine. I do that too. But the truth is that i love when i visit other blogs and the post is just short and straight to the point. Speaking of which, i will just get straight to the point already!!!!

Many of you don’t know but incase you ever wondered, I did train as a professional make up artist, but i have never really gotten to take it up big time. i wonder if i will, considering how everyone is now a make-up artist. No pun intended!

Anyway it is important to know that, no matter how sophisticated your products are, there is no good  makeup without good base – which is your skin of course. So, skincare is most important than expensive makeup.

Right now, I am working towards making enough money to afford the luxury life. Seeing that i love to be hands-on i enjoy experimenting with my self care and Almighty Google has been so helpful too. If you have been here long enough too you will remember me talking about losing my edges and I shared my beginners’ guide to hair care and growing edges. I have been enjoying my me time doing lots of DIY projects especially for my face and hair. Not only is it fun, it is safer, natural and pocket friendly. I once read that whatever you cannot ingest orally is likely not good for your skin/external body. In this post I am sharing those healthy replacements for ingredients in packaged products. These are your kitchen-based alternatives for DIY and are 100% safe

  1. I believe in that saying that what you can’t ingest isn’t good for your skin. I am comfortable when I mix my own body lotion with coconut oil and other naturals.

    Curious about what could be done with potatoes.
