Merry Christmas! Happy Birthday Jesus!!
I trust that you had a fun filled day. I had a great day even though there wasn’t too many fun stuff to do. The major highlight of my day in terms of fun will be writing this blog post.
My day started early with church which i almost missed because, for some strange reason i did not hear my alarm when it rang. I am not the type of person to set an alarm normally and even when i do, most times i wake up even before it rings. As a nursing mother too, i would wake up to feed the baby at about 4:00am to 4:30am, so that was a reason for me to start my day and get prepared for to get church. Lets just say that myself and baby had a fantastic night.
Service was great. I enjoyed a Special rendition of christmas songs played in church today after the service. I had to google them up once i got home and i have been listening all day. Its the Pentatonix Christmas album, without mincing words these guys are a bundle of talent.
After church we paid a visit to a church member. This woman has six children (she is nursing the last one), lives by the road side in a makeshift little store that serves as house at night and store by day. Not everyone is as merry as you are or as they wish to be, so try to reach out to somebody in this season of love.
In another news, my little one is 3months old today yay!!!! I am excited for the journey so far. I am trusting God for more grace for 2017 and beyond. I intend to wrap up today with a good movie 🙂
Feel free to share your thoughts on your version of christmas day. Continue to enjoy the holiday guys!
